This would be fixed with the automatic sync of libmoose-perl 0.92-1. However, that sync is on dependency wait for libtry-tiny-perl, a new package in Debian.

It seems libtry-tiny-perl has not been automatically added to Ubuntu yet for some reason.

Now that libtry-tiny-perl is uploaded, the problem is that libmoose-perl 0.92-1 breaks libmoosex- attributehelper s-perl (<< 0.21+), but the archive has libmoosex- attributehelper s-perl 0.19-1, and libmoosex- attributehelper s-perl 0.22-1 failed to build because libmoose-perl wasn’t installable:
