lenovo-sl-laptop: Hotkeys for volume control doesn't work if there is an open right-mouse-click-menu

Hi

I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 on my Lenovo SL500 (NRJ4DGE) notebook. I've experienced one more problem regarding the "lenovo-sl-laptop" hotkey driver.
The hotkeys for volume control (+, -, mute) doesn't work if there is an open right-mouse-click-menu on the screen.

This bug was reported against an earlier version of Ubuntu, can you
test if it still occurs on Lucid?

Is something new in this bug? I use Lubuntu 10.04 and I have the same problem, volume up/down/mute keys dont work with lenovo_sl_laptop module.
