Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

The problem is that I can open Ubuntu One folder only through my browser, I can't connect through the client or using its icon.
My release is 9.10 Karmic Koala

Alessio: thanks for confirming that.

A couple more questions:

1. Are you using Network Manager? (if you aren't Ubuntu One might not work properly)
2. Are you getting any error notifications at all when trying to connect?
3. COuld you attach the file ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/oauth-login.log

Hi Alessio,

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Fortunately, I think there is a workaround for this problem as I believe it's related to bug 455544 which occurs when the bandwidth preferences are set to the defaults. If you delete ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf and restart the Ubuntu One client, you should be able to connect.
