excalibur-logkit shouldn't build-depend on libjboss-j2ee-java

Bug Description

excalibur-logkit build-depends on "libgeronimo-jms-1.1-spec-java | libjboss-j2ee-java". That results in libjboss-j2ee-java (together with all JBoss 4.2 packages) to be pulled into main. We should drop the OR to avoid that.
