Bug Description
Binary package hint: festival
There is a bug in lib/hts.scm file. It is shown here:

This bug may affect the quality of the synthesised speech if the voice is hts-type.
I attach a patch file that should be placed at debian/patches, so quilt can apply it.
This bug is present from festival-1.96~beta to festival-
