No reference to 1rott13.zip exists anywhere in the spim source package. Did you perhaps install the game "rott" at the same time? I see a bug report in Debian about the rott package trying to download that zi and failing for the reason you outlined.

No, not at the same time...but yes, some days ago. The game doesnt play either, but I thought it wasnt big trouble. Would uninstalling the game be a solution? Should i try it and reply back?

I'm guessing the rott package couldn't be configured initially and so when you
went to install spim, it tried again to configure rott. Can you attach the
terminal output when you do "sudo aptitude reinstall spim" and also "sudo
aptitude reinstall rott"?

Actually there's a fixed rott package in karmic-proposed. Please see Bug #411262 and comment there on test results.
