Bug Description
I was using laptop on battery power. When battery got down to 20% I plugged in the AC charger. Battery monitor then said battery was critically low and that the computer was hibernating. Then I could not restart laptop and I had to reboot by holding down the power button until it turned off then restarted. This happens every time I plug in the AC charger
