Cannot select orientation in printing dialog

Binary package hint: evince

The "orientation" select box is grayed out when trying to print (PDF) files. This may be reasonable for single-paged files, but when printing two or more pages on one, it would be nice to change from landscape to portrait mode and vice-versa.

See attached screenshot for an example.

This may relate to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/430811 or https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/472400, or even be an upstream bug.

The orientation can be changed in page setup (File->Page Setup).

This is clearly an upstream problem since I suffer this since evince-2.26 under gentoo also

So, actually, the problem is a wrong preview in the dialog. This has been reported upstream at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=526581 more than one year ago. Maybe we should make some noise there. :-)
