Obsolete plugins should be removed

Bug Description

The Plugin Pack could use a general clean up as it contains several obsolete plugins.

Examples are "Show Offline" and "Last Seen". Their functionality is now supported natively by Pidgin and enabling the plugins results in a confusing UI and probably inconsistent data.

Their are probably more plugins with a similar issue.

How has the functionality of the "Last Seen" plugin been added to Pidgin? I had to downgrade to an older version of the pidgin-plugin-pack package because looking for the features the Last Seen plugin offered was giving me a headache.

I totally agree with Dinero. Only one small piece of "Last Seen" has been integrated into Pidgin. I really like the full functionality of this plugin. I do not see the logic in taking it out, even if there is some overlap.

*Please* put it back in.

It will really suck if I have to put up a ppa to fix this stupidity myself.
