Bug Description
Binary package hint: sylpheed
Please bring back spell checking feature lin Sylpheed.
For some reason the option --disable-gtkspell was probably used when configuring Sylpheed for compilation.

* Re-enable gtkspell, now it's working fine without dropping it, closing:

- Updated Standards-Version to 3.8.3, no other changes
- Fixed required version of debhelper as suggested by lintian
