Bug Description
Binary package hint: brasero
When choosing 'Burn image' project with a used CD-RW in the tray, Brasero asks if it should blank the disc (good). But after blanking it and (in the background) proceeding with the burn operation, a window pops up telling that a blank CD was found and asking to choose (or not) which program to open it. I clicked 'Cancel' and don't know what would've happened if I had chosen to open it again.
So, if possible Brasero should prevent the system from detecting the blank CD (or ideally just prevent the pop-up window) when already taking care of a burning operation.
As a side note, if I recall well the 'eject the cd after burning' (or something like that) was checked in 'Preferences' (in the window that pops up as soon as we choose the 'Burn image' project) but the cd wasn't ejected. Just saying in case someone can test that.

I was about to file the same report like this:
This could be very confusing to a new user.
(1)Make sure you haven't yet inserted a blank disc
(2)Right click on an iso file
(3)Click Burn to disc
(4)After Brasero loads, insert a blank disc
Here's the confusing behavior
When you insert a blank disc, at this point, Brasero's prompts are over-laid with system prompts (regarding the action you'd like to take with the blank disk you've inserted).
So if you don't already have a disc mounted (which typically, I don't), before Brasero is initiated, you get prompts from two different programs (both talking about blank CDs), at the same time, fighting over the user's attention, and confusing the user.
