jlgui 3.0-9 has a typo in the Depends line which makes it uninstallable.

Information for the SRU:
Impact of the bug: the package cannot be installed
How the bug bug has/will be addressed in lucid: the newer package in Unstable will be synced
TEST CASE: try "sudo apt-get install jlgui". The package fails to install because of missing openjdk6-jre package. After installing the -proposed package, the installation is fine
Potential regression: none as the package cannot be installed in the actual state

Forgot to mention it is openjdk6-jre that should have been openjdk-6-jre.
