when installation had started the following error was flagged ( '/var/cache/apt/archives/openoffice.org-email_1%3a3.1-5ubuntu1_all.deb' ) the system showed open office active, not so but sysstarter was enabled on desk top. on disabling openoffice sysstarter on desk top install continued. question? do i uninstall upgrade then reinstall upgrade after removing open office sysstarter from desk top, or is there a quick fix. let me know regs matt

For me this started after I did a an upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10 even though office works it won't update. When I have down some work I need to do I plan to reinstall the whole thing see if that fixes the issue.
