Bug Description

Binary package hint: claws-mail

I just thought that this would be a good fix, ready with a patch.
When using Claws with a dark theme, per default there is a border of the window which is light, and does not look good.
Problem & solution see here:
http://blogs.igalia.com/aperez/2009/07/making-claws-mail-look-better/

To fix this, Ubuntu could apply a patch to the code of src/toolbar.c and change the border to 0:

Hope this complies with the Ubuntu bug policy.

This is applied in 3.7.3.

Yes, but in Karmic there is 3.7.2(-1ubuntu3) and AFAIK Ubuntu update policy for general forbids upgrading even a minor version.
But it would be possible to backport this simple patch.
This is trivial, and IMO without any security or other risks.
