Yes, it cannot add user timidity on my machine everytime dpkg is used.

I offer you just remove timidy from machine. It's not realy useful service.

Removing may be the easy way :) Well, if everything other fails I maybe will get rid of it.

SEEMS to be fixed by (as a workaround)
sudo adduser timidity --system --no-create-home --ingroup pulse-access
