Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

After a clean install of Ubuntu 9.10 I signed up for Ubuntu One. Whenever I click on the icon in the tray and select 'connect', I get an error saying "Capabilities Mismatch". It seems to think the version of ubuntuone-client is too new for the service.

I'm having this issue as well.

On a side note I think a more correct wording of the error would be "Compatibility mismatch with the server".

compatible - capable of being used with or connected to other devices or components without modification
capability - The maximum load that a generating unit, generating station, or other electrical apparatus can carry under specified conditions for a given period

And here I thought report the bug would be like the MS method of sending
a report and not ever hearing about it. I have received 10 messages
about this.

Interesting difference in the MS v Ubuntu world.

The patch should be in the repos soon or it may already be there.
