X crashes suddenly with signal 11. Server aborting

Don't know why X crashes - I have only played solitaire :)

However, X crashed a few times in the last days.

Maybe it is useful to know that xinerama was running and compiz was disabled.

This appears to be the same thing we are seeing at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/444518

In Xorg-0.log.old note:

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? (ISO CD images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/)

If it remains an issue, could you also attach a new /var/log/Xorg.0.log?
