No .deb packages for 9.10

As the PPA is temporarily closed and there are no .debs, there's no easy way to install openshot on karmic right now.

I am downloading Ubumtu 9.10 right now, and I'll try and prepare a Ubuntu
9.10 .DEB package soon. Thanks!
