[users-admin] deleting a user doesn't work

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
When clicking on the delete button in the users-admin, the user is removed from the list, but the user is not actually deleted (i.e. remains in /etc/passwd and thus shows up when the users-admin dialog is opened again).
