qdiff: Improve the viewing of large diffs

Bug Description
The developers I work with, find the qdiff view a bit cluttered when there are alot of differences.
The suggestion is to make the qdiff view display a folder tree of the files as opposed to a flat view of expanded files.
Make this a view option (preference) on qdiff and if the user selects it, the preference is remembered for future diffs.

The same directory-based tree view in qcommit would making selective commits easier to navigate as well. We have a large codebase, and some types of changes span many directories.
