qdiff: Per file view (tabbed or list)

I think I'd like a menu with list of files and all the other options more than a sidebar. We could also move the other options like side-by-side/unidiff or complete diff into the menu.

From bug 455187 - If we have a list, it should be a file tree.

I like the idea of a file tree and/or tabs but I also really like the current "all-in-one" display. Can we keep it as the default with some way of toggling to the per-file view?
