Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

In Karmic evolution still presents both "Submit bug report" and "Report a problem" buttons. Besides, the former requires bug-buddy to be installed, which is not by default, therefore users are presented an error window.

the other bug is about the duplicate items not bug-buddy though
