Totem hang when lauching from nautilus

Binary package hint: totem

The file play OK when open from totem's menu, but it seem to hang in idle state when double click an avi file with srt subtitle from nautilus(with "auto load subtitle" option on).

There're message when I try to recreate the bug by launching totem using commandline in gnome terminal:

(totem:8750): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "10752000" of type `guint' is invalid or out of range for property `connection-speed' of type `guint'

it's no a mayor bug but please help.

It's no good, I'm not experience much with gdb.
Anyway I installed the totem-dbg package, run totem with gdb and terminate it when it get to idle state.
Here's the result file.

PS: please give more instruction if i did some thing wrong.

you apparently stopped totem before getting the stacktrace but you should not since the goal is to know where it hangs exactly

Thank you Sebastien, this time i don't stopped totem and use Ctrl+C in gdb instead. This is the new backtrace file. I hope it may help.

I'm having this same issue. But I've noticed that the problem is not when opening from nautilus, but when opening a movie with a subtitle AND having "auto load subtitles" option set.

Disabling this option make it work like a charm. And loading the subs after the movie is loaded also works.

Any think that I can provide that might be of some help?

Thank you Augusto, I think the problem 's not from "auto load subtitles" since the movie 's loaded ok from the menu.
btw. I forgot to mention in the first post that I'm using karmic koala beta version, so it seem that you may mention another version 's bug. I'll update the bug status after today upgrade.

is the issue specific to movies with a subtitle?

@Sebastien: Yes, it seems the issue is specific to that subtitle(the one I attached), I try another movie with another srt subtitle, and it 's ok, the problem remain when I change the srt's filename to use with another movie.
