X useses 100% of CPU power with Intel graphics

X usespermanently up to 100% CPU, this occurs right after booting up, but not allways.

I forgot to mention, that i am using the latest software.

This began on my system (Intel GM965) after the upgrade from 7th october, which came with xserver-xorg-intel 2:2.8.1-1ubuntu3
No updates since then resolved this issue.

PS: Logging off and on again resolves this issue most times.
