Using Compiz - Empathy Window moves up when you close the window

This doesn't appear to happen using Metacity so may be a Compiz issue but no other applications seem to have the issue.

To reproduce: Open up Empathy, Close the window... notice that the window jumps up before the window is closed (about the height of the window title bar).
