When press 'f', there is New Message window is opening

Thank you for your reply. Can you confirm if this is still an issue in Ubuntu 10.04? The latest Pidgin version is 2.6.6.

I have found a way how to fix that!
Just going to "~/.purple/" and delete all, except "logs" . After that again
creating acounts and all ok!

According to last message this issue was solved after deleted all these files so for now I will close this report but if you encounter that this issue reappears please reopened again. Thanks!
