After the failed upgrade, I tried this:

root@rachel:/var/log# apt-get dist-upgrade

Sorry, something went terribly wrong in previous post.

I hava/had the same problem. For now:

  sudo dpkg -r libuniconf4.4
  sudo apt-get -f install

seems to somewhat fix it.
