Package should have installed when I did the upgrade, it failed to though.

How did you perform the upgrade? Was it update-manager? Or apt-get? Or some other method? Is this reproducable?

I performed the update using update manager.
Rerunning update manager did not create error.
Later updates has been succesfull and and the version I'm usingng now is 2.10.1-0ubuntu15.
