Bug Description

The web browser in moblin is currently non-functional on the Sep 30 beta candidate image. Typing in an address and hitting enter makes the location bar disappear, but just leaves you at a blank browser window that doesn't ever go anywhere.

Fix: upgrade to the latest version of the packages in the ~moblin PPA; make sure you apply the workaround for bug #420048 first though.

Just to add, this does not seem to be bug #437647. I'm already running the version of connman referenced in that bug, and the permissions on /etc/resolv.conf are correct.

clutter-mozembed was pushed to ppa which fixes this.
However another bug exists which I will enter
seperately that put the browser into fullscreen mode after the page loads.

i have used web browser for more than 4 hours and its worknig great regarding web browsing
