No sources.list entry for the Moblin PPA

When running the Ubuntu Moblin Remix live image, there's no entry in /etc/apt/sources.list* for the ~moblin PPA.

Workaround:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:moblin/ppa

as a work around add this line in software sources
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/moblin/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
and register the with this key
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 108C0E08

this needs to be done in the build, fixes were removed from ubuntu-moblin-config

Actually I just checked the latest image, and there's an entry at the bottom of the sources.list file.

Did you check the installed image or the live image. The live image has the ppa, the installed image does not.

This can be sorted out with a preseed file change in debian-cd. I will dig up my notes and make the change, hopefully tomorrow morning.

actually this bug is fixed in 20091008 cd but a minor error in the sources.list makes it impossible to install any app line 47 in the source.lst needs to be edited.
its written like deb deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/moblin/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
but deb should be one time only. so remove deb and everything is fine
