Bug Description
20090929 Cluster install, after setting several space-separated IPs during the installation.
After reboot, the eucalyptus.conf doesn't contain a corresponding VNET_PUBLICIPS line.

If you submit multiple space-separated addresses, it fails:

Works if you only enter one IP.
