Quickly commands should be: quickly <verb> <object>

<object> can be optional.

Command can be changed like:
quickly glade -> quickly design

Is this applicable to all commands? Need discussion
(quickly commands, quickly tutorial…)

As discussed in UDS, this is not something we want to enforce to user. This is more a "best practice" in renaming commands.

   -> jml: I don't think this is a good idea. Why?
         Enforcing it as a rule can lead to overly "cute" names that don't
         actually reveal the underlying intent. I do think it's a good guideline
         though
