Bug Description
Karmic alpha:
When using the life CD the hardware clock is changed.
When I go to Vista after it, Vista shows GMT (instead of GMT + 2 as it would be in my time zone)
I suspect a connetion to the Superblock bugs, where after reinstalling the kernel (upgrades) a fsck is necessary, because the last boot is in the future. BUG#268808
The time difference seems about the difference of GMT and local time minus workingtime since last booting.

I also noticed this behavior with Karmic beta, and with Karmic Release Candidate.
This is bad because running a live CD is supposed to be completely harmless for a computer.
I would expect my computer to be in the exact same state as before running the liveCD
