nm applet changes UI for beta

next upstream snapshot of NetworkManager 0.8 will change UI in a way that requires a formal UI exception.

ubuntu-doc team will be notified after the changes have landed.

If we want to continue towards 0.8 final, we have little choice, I guess. :-) And it does improve the experience by not showing a million unknown networks any more.

Fine for me, but I subscribed ubuntu-doc team to make them aware of the change (for screenshots, etc.).
