sreadahead not stopping after boot

This will probably be fixed by the patch to #421116, which reduces the stopping time of sreadahead from minutes to a fraction of a second.

Fixing #421116 will mitigate this bug. I have uploaded the fix, however due to the freeze it may take a little while to show up, so I've also uploaded it to the ubuntu-boot PPA. Please test.
