[Karmic] gnome-translate depends on libeel2-2, which was removed from Karmic

The package gnome-translate (http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/gnome-translate) could not be installed because it depends on libeel2-2 (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eel2), which was removed.

several years I would like to say that this application would

sorely missed - please fix if at all possible.

    - Don't use libeel, as it doesn't exist in the archive anymore,
      and the package doesn't build without it (LP: #433063)

    - Don't build-depend on libeel2-dev
    - Add build-depend on intltool and libglade2-dev
