Install Kubuntu Option goes to live CD anyway

Binary package hint: ubiquity

When booting into the Kubuntu Netbook Alpha 6 candidate, I selected the Install Kubuntu option, but got taken to the live CD (e.g. Try Kubuntu) anyway. I could install from there.

This should be resolved in the current version of ubiquity, as used in the 9.10 beta candidate images; closing out. Please reopen if you can still reproduce this issue.

I think this was fixed by means of kdm moving to upstart.

(and I can definitely confirm that it's fixed in an image from 2009-09-27)
