Bug Description
We changed xsplash so that the signals it listens for can be configured. This was necessarily to get it to wait for netbook-launcher, for example (and we could do something similar for gnome-shell if we want). However, I accidentally pulled out the hard-coded strings for "gnome-panel" and "nautilus".
Since having those hard-coded is kind of crappy anyway, I want to take the opportunity to have nautilus and gnome-panel register themselves with xsplash. So the idea is that each application will register itself with xsplash early on, and then later once it's ready then it will signal xsplash that it is finished loading.
