Add provider BOB in Austria

Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info

There's a new boradband-provider in Austria (www.bob.at) - I'm typing this information off the SIM-card-package:

APN: bob.at
calling-number: *99#
username: <email address hidden>
password: ppp
authentication-protocols: chap/pap

Hopefully this is soon enough to get the update into karmic
