Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

Just tried using a "bob" (Austria) 3G adapter with network-manager on Jaunty and noticed that the (rather new) carrier is not known by n-m.

The carrier's connection settings are:

APN: bob.at
Number: *99#
Username: <email address hidden>
Password: ppp
IP/DNS settings: fully dynamic (including DNS!)
Authentication methods: PAP or CHAP

That should be everything. I have just tested those settings and those seem to be working correctly.

I have now attached the data you said is necessary, however, this is a mere configuration problem and I'm not sure what you need the requested data for.

If I haven't been clear enough about this: there is no configuration for mobile broadband provider Bob (Austria) included with n-m, which means people have to enter it manually, as opposed to the automagic configuration offered for other mobile broadband providers.
