The 'konsole' package 'Provides:' x-terminal-emulator (as seen from 'apt-cache show konsole' or in the 'control' file of the package)

This bug was changed to refer to 'kdebase', but I think it needs to be changed back to 'konsole'.
Because this bug is about an error in the packaging of 'konsole' (as stated above, Provides: x-terminal-emulator but missing update-
_One_ result of the bug is equal to the problems described in 278722
But this bug 428616 will also hit anybody else who relies on the presence of x-terminal-emulator when a package that 'Provides' it is installed.
Therefore this bug is not a duplicate of 278722.
To make this clearer I will delete the last two sentences of my bug report that were only there to illustrate the severity of the bug.
