Installing OpenShot by PPA 0.9.32- Segmentation fault

OpenShot 0.9.32 installed by PPA
OpenShot (version 0.9.32)

Well I installed from PPA OpenShot and when I launch the program notes that creates the window but goes out quickly and launch me a segmentation fault. The console launches this error:

I solve it installing again openshot-mlt package. It may be failure mlt

Same thing here - tried installing the latest 0.9.33 deb from ppa and got a segmentation fault when launching openshot. Also 32 bits Ubuntu 9.04. As above, installed the openshot-mlt and this fixed it.

I just tested the PPA on Ubuntu 9.04 (32 and 64 versions), and could not
replicate this issue. Did you use Synaptic to install openshot? Or the
command line (apt-get)?

One of the dependencies in the PPA should by python-mlt...

Well, the last updated package of python-mlt resolve the bug, at least for me

I've tried on a brand new 32 bit virtual image, and this time there was no segmentation fault. I'm closing this bug.

Same problem here in OpenShot 0.9.43 over Kubuntu 9.04 64bits from PPA, "Segmentation Fault". I had installed Kdenlive 0.7.5, which has stopped working after OpenShot installation. These were the steps followed (Spanish outputs):

$ sudo aptitude install openshot
