Bug Description

the pop up screen which displays printing notification, Network connection lost or connected only shows a background image with no text. Further more, frequently dialog boxes display this same behavior, where the "OK", "Cancel", and other buttons are covered by the foreground color.

Could you please run the following command to collect the data again. It would be preferred if you could do this right after the issue occurs again.

Might this be a problem with gtk? Since upgrading to koala alpha 5, the
bottom row of buttons in dialog boxes frequently behaves the same way...
i.e. the buttons are not distinguishable because the whole row appears black
(foreground or text color) with a few intermittent pixels of white (
background color) , I reported it as osd because that is where I first
noticed this problem,

I have the same problem on a Thinkpad T30 with the radeon driver.

This is a bug in the EXA-part of the ati/radeon driver. I'll reassign this to the correct package. Afaik the issue has already been fixed in the upstream version of the driver.
