Bug Description

Following on from bug 414743, perhaps paramiko should be the default/recommended/encouraged ssh implementation even on Unix.

Benefits:
 * better integration with bzr based guis and other ui elements
 * less variation across platforms
 * avoid some bugs with regard to controlling the subprocess (eg making sure it's killed when bzr is killed)

Disadvantages:
 * paramiko may have less configuration options than ssh, eg for ProxyCommands
 * will not read existing user configuration
