Hmm, stack corruption and the backstrace appears to show it dying inside nvidia's libGL. Unless someone can reproduce with intel or ati this one seems like an nvidia issue.

So far this bug only seems to affect Ubuntu 9.10. Has this been an issue in a recent version of Ubuntu,i.e. 10.10? Thank you.
