Fail to start the application

Bug Description

At least, the application 2.8 and 2.9 doesn’t work in Windows XP system. The next message is showed when you try to start the application: “This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem” Reinstalling doesn’t fix this problem, I tried.

Hello Ivan, the problem wasn't fixed when I did it.
Hola Ivan, el problema no se ha solucionado al resetear windows, ya he
intentado hacer varias reinstalaciones y reinicios de la aplicación y no
arranca, ¿alguna idea?
