totem no download codecs

Totem is not automatically downloading codecs as did the 9.04 version of Ubuntu.

Can not play movie formats without codec installed, until then normal.
To reproduce the bug is only trying to open a *.rmvb, for example. It will
show an error message saying it needs the codec.
The point is that the 9.04 version of Ubuntu it downloaded and installed the
codec automatically.
