Fail, hardware detection in Acer 351TEV

I have a Acer travel 351TEV whit Debian Sarge, but wish install Ubuntu Dapper.

In the step "Hardware Detection" Detecting CD-ROM, the installer stop of work.

Same problem whit Ubuntu-Live CD

My Notebook have a external DVD-ROM.

Especifications:

I Don't have problems whit other distro, please i need Ubuntu in my laptop.
