Bug Description
SRU justification:
Impact: In Jaunty there are currently two directories which create an atl2.ko module, first the one in drivers/net/atlx and also in ubuntu/atl2. The second is a much older version and the kernel version should be used.
However both drivers are controlled by the same config option ATL2 and this creates a build race in which only one of both locations produces a module. And as builds are done with multiple threads, there is a random choice of which module is build and packaged.
Fix: Completely remove the old superseded driver.
Testcase: Check the package for the location of atl2.ko. It should be drivers/net/atlx,
