I was trying to add some links, when I clicked the "Add" button this error occurred.

It looks like you've configured your download directory to be /media/Depo/, but apparently you don't have write permissions to that directory? That said, tucan should not crash when that happens.

Does this problem still occur with the version in Lucid or Maverick?

This version is outdated and no more supported
